Have you ever been in a situation where people keep telling you what is OK and what isn’t? And, did you know that if you don’t feel like doing something that they expect you to do, it’s OK? Cause it is! It is perfectly OK to stand out of your routine with your friends and family and family, and just to enjoy your “me time”!

Friday Night

It’s OK if you feel like staying at home on Friday night… After all, it’s been a long week and you really need that glass of wine or cup of hot chocolate just for yourself. Hot bath, a movie or a good book and going early to sleep are bonus! Your Friday night cannot be better!

Family vs. Friends

If you spend lots of time with your friends during the week, it’s OK to spend some time with your family, as well. Weekends are perfect for family launches and dinners, so it’s OK to organize one! After all, your family was always there for you, right?

Movie Night vs. Clubbing

Every Saturday, you go clubbing with friends, and you have a great time. But, your wallet, nor your body can’t always handle that! It’s great to go out and have a fabulous time with your friends, but it’s also OK if you decide to have a movie night instead. It’s cheaper and less stressful anyway!

Parks vs. Downtown

It is well known that green color helps in resting your eyes, soul and mind. Nature is really helpful in “recharging your batteries” If you feel like you need that kind of “me time”, then it’s OK to replace going to downtown (for a cup of coffee) with going to the park (for an amazing, relaxing walk). Sometimes it’s really OK to replace meeting bunch of people with enjoying the nature!
