Most of us like to travel a lot. I know I do, for sure. But, when going on a holiday, do you always have your essentials with you? Do you know what you’ll need, what to pack? As girls, we always have a lot of things to take. But, no matter where you are going, you should always take your cosmetic bag with you. That is number one rule! It happens to me, every time, to pack things I don’t need. You don’t want to go through that again, right? When it comes to cosmetic bags, choose wisely!

Tips on What Your Cosmetic Bag Should Contain

A cosmetic bag is like girl’s best friend. It should contain everything you will need while you are on your holiday. I always have two of them, one for my makeup and the other one for cosmetic products that I use for my daily care routine.

When it comes to packing the cosmetic bag, I have few steps that I follow. Like, for example, what do I do before going to bed? What is my routine? First, I take off my makeup. So, for that, I’ll need makeup remover. Depending on what you are using, cleansing towelettes, creamy or oily makeup remover, or just micellar water. As for me, I like to take either cleansing towelettes or micellar water. It makes my skin soft and smooth.

Next step is washing my face. Many different face washing products are there, but (I know you already know this), your choice should depend on the type of your skin. If you are not sure, consult your dermatologist and make sure you are using the right one.

After washing my face, I don’t like when my skin feels like it’s dehydrated. That’s why I like to choose wisely for a good face creme. Dermatologists recommend applying your face creme while your skin is still kinda wet. That way your skin absorbs all the essentials from it better. As I have mentioned earlier, you should choose the face creme, the same as the face washing product you are using. Depending on your skin type.

These things that find the place in my cosmetic bag are the things I couldn’t go without. There are also other things that find the place in it, like lip balm, for example. I always have one in my purse (I like when my lips are hydrated) and one in my cosmetic bag, that I apply before I go to bed. And if it happens that I somehow lose the one from my purse. Tooth paste and tooth brush are things that I pack first (of course) when it comes to packing. Hand creme, a small pack of body wash, body lotion, shampoo and hair lotion find the place in it, as well.

These are essentials that I find very important. Caring about your health and yourself is something you should be proud of. So, it is OK if you don’t bring all the clothes you might need, but always make enough room for the cosmetics in your daily routine.
